Our process Includes a full inspection of paint (marked with Blue tape) and drywall (marked with Green tape), as well as trim defects that will be noted within. Some review items may include photos to assist in locating the items needing to be corrected. For your convenience our team may have marked items with yellow tape to further assist you in locating and identifying items listed within this report.
